Thank you for stopping by

I am a physician, writer, chef, entrepreneur, photographer, friend, wife, and mother. I am also an avid student of life, forever learning and growing.

Over time, I’ve become fascinated by the role food plays in our overall health. I’ve learned that different foods have all kinds of effects on our bodies, whether that is having regular menstrual cycles, trying to conceive, preventing pregnancy loss, or reducing menopausal symptoms. Other lifestyle pillars like movement, sleep quality, stress, and social relationships frequently fly under the radar of modern medicine but also desperately need attention.

I’m interested in helping people discover how food and lifestyle can improve health outcomes. I’ve studied behavioral tools to learn how to make the habits you want to adopt easy, and make the behaviors you want to do less often more difficult and less appealing.

Individuals have more similarities than differences. As I embark on the next phase of my career, I invite you to send me questions, observations, and experiences you’ve had that tie lifestyle factors to your health. I hope to address some of these topics on my blog and Instagram to help you tackle any challenge you may be facing as well as celebrate your success!
