As a fertility doctor who studies hormones and metabolism, I became deeply interested in finding out which foods are best for fertility. Once I knew, I wanted it to shout it from the rooftops! But that’s not a great way to get a message out. So many of my patients were just missing the right information! They were following trends like keto or paleo, clean eating or intermittent fasting.
